2008 Honda President's Award

The President's Award is the most prestigious and coveted honor that Honda can grant to its dealerships. The award recognizes those dealership teams that demonstrate superior achievement in customer satisfaction, new-car-unit sales volume and business management. Approximately 15% of Honda dealerships achieve the President's Award status each year.

In 2008, Honda is pleased to recognize 148 Honda dealerships with this esteemed distinction. 2008 President's Award recipients realize what this honor demands - excellence, which can only be achieved by working as a team. The President's Award reflects a total commitment to customers; it is the highest award that a Honda dealership can receive because it demands the highest personal investment and stimulates the greatest results - satisfied, loyal customers.

The Master Technician Award

This lifetime award is for 100% training in both self study and classroom/shop training in the areas of: engine, automatic transmission, manual transmission, steering and suspension, brakes, electrical fundamentals, electrical advanced, air conditioning and fuel and emissions.

The Platinum Award

This yearly award is given for meeting approximately 80% of the training in self-study and classroom. One component that makes this award extremely difficult to earn is the CSE Score. Many of you have taken the Honda Survey and have had their question of “Service Fixed Right the First Time?” The technician's CSE score must exceed the competitive Zone Average for their area.

Council of Excellence

The Council of Excellence program provides the opportunity for us to partner with dealership teams and champion their commitments to deliver exceptional financial service to each potential, new or returning Honda customer. Based on their yearly performance, Right Honda earns top honors from Honda Financial Services,” according to Stephen E. Smith, Senior Vice President of Honda Financial Services.
